Culp QC, located in Owensboro, Kentucky, provides mortgage quality control services to the mortgage lending industry. Founded in July 1995 by Bruce Culp, the business has enjoyed rapid and consistent growth each year since its inception.

Today, Culp QC is auditing loans for over 72 lenders from 21 different states. Our mission is to be a high-quality, low-cost provider of mortgage quality control services to the mortgage industry.
