Login Help
The "Customer Login" area at the left side of the screen allows
you to login to this website and access your online account.
First Time User Login
If you have not logged in to this site before, you must first
contact us to enable online access
to your account. After this you may login at any time and access
your account.
Remember
your username and password, and keep them secure. Do not
share them with anyone outside your
organization. Do not include your username or password in
email messages, including email to Culp QC, and do not write
them down anywhere they can be seen
by people not authorized to access this site on your behalf.
Your username and password are for your use only. If you have
multiple people in your organization who need access to our
site, they all must have their own usernames.
Culp QC will never contact you via email requesting you
reveal your username or password in a reply message. No such
discussions of secure information will be conducted via
email. If you receive email that appears to be from Culp QC
and contains requests for your access information, it should
be treated as suspect and not replied to.
Returning User Login
Click your mouse cursor to the "Username" field and enter
your assigned username. Tab to the "Password" field and enter
your assigned password. For security reasons your password
will not show on the screen. The '*' character will instead
display for each character typed. After entering your password,
press enter, or click "Login" to proceed to the secure area of
the site.
Forgotten Username or Password
For security reasons, all changes to your account including
password changes and creation of additional usernames, must
be done by contacting us first.
This offers maximum protection against unauthorized access to
your account. |
