Even though it is permissible to outsource your quality control work, you still must have a Quality Control Plan that has been adopted by your organization, in order to be in compliance with FNMA, FHLMC, HUD, & VA.

Once you are a Culp QC customer, we can provide to you a Quality Control Plan tailored to your organization, free of charge.

If you are in the process of seeking approval from FNMA, FHLMC, HUD, or VA, we will be glad to provide you with a QC Plan and help you complete the QC questions on the applications.
